NpSopII-NpHtrII from J.Spudich et al

A fusion of SRII and HtrII from Natronobacterium Pharaonis. Light photosensor with peak sensitivity at 500+/-5nm. The sequence provided by Spudich et al had two ambiguous nucleotides (N in provided sequence) which we have substituted with 'A' so that the registery would accept the sequence!!!. (see team wiki)
